I have been shopping around for a therapist that I can relate to and feel comfortable opening up with. Luckily I crossed paths with Tori. Tori is amazing at validating your emotions and effective listening. She has great suggestions to help you, and I look forward to my hour with her every week. I highly, highly recommend her and the entire Cognicare facility.

I took my 3 1/2 year old daughter who was having HORRIFIC TANTRUMS to see Ashley for play therapy, within a month the tantrums became less frequent and less severe, Ashley taught my daughter how to express herself without acting out, she also taught me as a parent how to properly deal with these tantrum’s. Overall I would say it took around 3 months for the tantrums to completely stop. Ashley is AMAZING and I would recommend her to anyone that is struggling with their child’s behavior. Also her staff is extremely kind and warm hearted. Every time I brought my daughter in to see Ashley the front desk always greeted my daughter and gave her a sticker or a snack.
