Route 46 Mitsubishi

Artie is a positive professional who I can count on each time we come in to service our Lancer. My daughter and I came in today regarding a safety recall. Once again Artie took care of us in a timely fashion and gave us a thorough explanation of work completed.

As a woman, working professional and a mother, I am grateful knowing that I and my daughter can visit this site and know that Artie will take care of us in a fair and timely fashion as conditions permit. This is self-assuring particularly surrounded by the pandemic.

It was good experience with special service. Time was less than expected, fast and pass so quickly. People in service consultant are great . From the time I entered to the end of service Mr Arthur Bongiorno was following every detail , explained every detail about my car ; what I need and what is better for my car . He has the capability to explain the difficult manner in simple way, humble and very decent person .
I do recommend those people at Mitsubishi 46 not only for my Mitsubishi Outlander Sport but also for other cars.

So far I continue to have a good experience at this location. They continue to break everything down for me of what needs to be done right there and then, and what can wait till next time. They are very knowledgeable of how to resolve a issue and if they are not sure of one, they will work to get it resolved. But over all. I do like getting my car service here and would recommend it to others.

I’m very satisfied with the way I was treated at Mitsubishi. Artie in the service Department communicated with me and explained what was wrong with my car. The part was hard to find but he made it happen. I’ve never had to deal with a recall or even had an experience in a dealership prior to this and he made me feel very comfortable and informed about the process. Everyone was very pleasant at the dealership and I’m very satisfied with the service. MITSUBISHI ON route 46 has great customer service.
