(June 20, 2020, 6:00 pm)Best experience for me and my family! We went to the Garfield location and had a terrible experience from their rude and unprofessional staff. However at this location everyone was super professional, friendly and helpful. We are experiencing many changes due to the Covid 19 and I must say that at this location the staff is taking the proper precautions to keep everything clean and safe for their patients. Very affordable for glasses and contacts! Wait time was just right, I have to say I’m impressed with their customer service. I have read negative reviews from other patients regarding the wait time but I can’t imagine the staff would be able to provide excellent care if they didn’t take their time with patients! Once again this is the place to go for your glasses and contacts! God bless and stay safe everyone!
(May 23, 2020, 2:43 pm)I have been to this location for glasses and now contacts . Both visits to this location have been great. Staff and the Doctors are really nice from when I walked in till the end. I will be returning with my kids now.
My visit for my contact was during the covid pandemic and they ran my visit smoothly and followed all health protocols.
(January 31, 2020, 8:48 am)Yesterday was my first time appointment at this office and I was a little wary because the only negative reviews I read were about how long the wait time is and even the appointment itself says allow yourself 90 minutes. I signed in and was told to go to the waiting room at approximately 5:20ish- 10 minutes before my appointment. Before I could even get my book out, I was called in. All done before 6 pm. Zero waiting and everyone, especially Dr. Jenkins, was very friendly and informative. Very happy with the experience!

Dr. Deka and Carly were kind and patient, they addressed all of my concerns and made me feel comfortable with my new contact prescription. There is never a long wait either. I highly recommend this place!
