I had water backing up in my sink in the basement. I freaked. I called Mathis. The woman on the phone was so friendly, calm and collected. They sent out Mike. Showed up right on time. (Less than an hour!) His truck was impeccable, had everything he needed. He was professional, knowledgeable and just plain nice! Cleared the drain, and the bill was a lot less than I expected. Highly recommend!

Our Downstairs sink in the bathroom and utility sink in the garage was overflowing.Our washer was leaking. My plumber recommended Mathis. I called and left a message in the morning and he called back promptly. He was there within two hours. Turns out it was lint in the wash line and he cleared everything out. Thank goodness it wasn’t the sewer. Very nice good quality work would definitely recommend.

My issues started on a Sunday morning.My plumber arrived at 8:00am Monday & informed me I needed a drain company.
