The Breathing Room Yoga Studio

I joined The Breathing Room about a month ago and I absolutely love it!

My haven! The studio itself is peaceful welcoming and extremely clean!

In regards to the instructors, each one has such a different style and always teaches me and challenges me in new and fun ways. I have gone further in my personal yoga practice than I ever thought I would go, thanks to the truly amazing team at The Breathing Room Yoga Studio.

And I would be remiss not to mention the lovely ladies that work the front desk. They greet you with a welcoming smile every day!

A second gem! This is another brilliant spot to hone mindfulness and practice yoga from beginner and slow-flow, to more advanced sessions. Experienced teachers cater to the level of their students. Crystal & Eileen are top notch in more advanced flows if you want to challenge your inner yogi. They offer deals for new students, along with very competitive packages. Their Covid-precautions definitely meet the standards created for the state. Enjoy!
