This place is nothing short of amazing... Everything you see here is homemade or made from scratch hence the name I guess, but honestly I'm surprised by the quality of the food it's delicious from their pickles to their hot sauce everything was great and if I had to recommend anything for a newcomer I'd say "Pop that pastrami" sandwich with Rosemary bathed fries they're the BEST

I travel all over the world and I love trying new restaurants so, I was very excited to try this restaurant based on the reviews since I was in the area. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches, home fries, and I got the pork tacos. I was told that the order would take 15 mins. so I left to get gas and went back.

Sadly, when I returned the food was not ready and I stood there another 10+ mins. waiting on my food but, what bothered me was as I’m waiting people who ordered after me were coming in picking up their food and several patrons were served at the tables. I questioned this after feeling like because I’m an African American preparing my food that I had paid for when I ordered in a timely manner wasn’t important. So, I finally get the food and as I’m getting on the highway I noticed my sandwich that I ordered without eggs had eggs on it and I was just so disappointed at that point because I’m allergic to eggs so I couldn’t even eat it.

My friend said his sandwich was very good and mines looked good without the egg of course. The home fries were great and so were the tacos!

I did call to voice my dissatisfaction about my sandwich having eggs on it and I was told I would be refunded so I’m waiting on that. Otherwise, based on the food alone I would try them again but, I’m a true believer in treating each customer with respect and being served in a timely manner like others is a must.
