I’ve been doing weekly Body in Balance sessions with Maria every week for almost a year ,and I can ‘t believe how much stronger I feel. My balance has improved , the strength of my grip is firmer , and I feel increased self-confidence going up and down the stairs and just getting around town running my errands. Even my family and friends have noticed how much more energy and stamina I have .I’m 79 years-old and have never felt better. Training with Maria has truly made a difference in y my quality of life .it’s never to late to start.I highly recommend Maria for anyone ,wherever they are in fitness journey , to give her sessions a try .You’ve got everything to gain !

Wellness Studio M has changed my life for the better in so many ways. After 4 children I had gained a lot of weight and lost my confidence. With the great sessions and coaching I have been able to lose and keep off over 30 lbs and many inches off of my hips and waistline. The coaches constantly monitor my form and progress. I was nervous and intimidated when I first started but the coaches and members made me feel comfortable and safe.
