(August 15, 2010, 10:45 am)I was taking supplements and haven't been able to in a while. Those shakes always had good flavors like cookies and cream. I noticed this place had one, and I tried it. It was perfect and made me feel good again. They use regular milk, but nonfat yogurt. The smoothie was perfect. It was 6.00 for a large, but well worth it, because you won't find a healthier smoothie around with a taste like that.
