Zephyr Performance Training

Great gym. The coaches offer a surprisingly personalized training experience. Very welcoming environment. This is really a gym to get fit or get elite training in mixed martial arts. There are classes for all skills levels, and I have become close friends with many of the people I have been training with. Looking forward to advancing my training experience with Zephyr.

Awesome place. Great variety of different types of workouts. The Coaches are very attentive and personable with everyone in a class. Would recommend to anyone no matter what level of physical fitness they are currently at.

This gym is the best. The facility itself is top notch but the coaches are what make this gym amazing. And I love that it offers fitness classes as well as martial arts. It really has something for everyone no matter what your fitness level is. You need to check this place out!

I had a great experience with the UFC Gym and entire staff in Shrewsbury and I can't wait to get started there. I had read some previous reviews about the past ownership of the gym but the new owners are really great people and they honestly care about the gym and their members.
I had stopped in on 3 different days to watch 3 different training classes and trainers and all the classes, trainers and members were enthusiastic and exciting. I spoke with the different trainers and they are just great people-they listened to my questions and spent time after the class talking with me about how they conduct their classes and seeing how I could meet my fitness goals as a member.
I also had a chance to talk the new owners and I was glad to see that they are hands-on owners and they are easily accessible at the gym to speak with daily. They even participate in the classes, which I really liked to see.
Overall, whatever past comments or experiences other people had with the old owners-that is just not the case with the new owners.
I recommend everyone should stop in and watch a class and talk with the trainers and owners and see for yourself.

I have been at this gym for about 8 months now. The new owners are great, very friendly and helpful and making major improvements to the gym (ownership changed recently and the old owners were terrible). The trainers are all great, very friendly and helpful in getting you to meet your goals. I go to the regular classes and not the advanced training but I can say that class is ALWAYS packed. Overall great experience definitely recommended.
