Great experience from the moment we walked into the dealership. John our sales rep was extremely informative and patient with us. I did not feel the pressure in this dealership as I did with many others. John followed up with us and continued to provide excellent service from start to finish. I ended up leaving with the car I wanted two days later. John went above and beyond for us I would definitely recommend him and the Freehold dealership to anyone I know in the market for a new vehicle. John the sales manager & ED are the best as well. 5 stars!!!!!!!!!!

Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. And I have bought many cars. Almost by accident I found the car I wanted on the same day someone else traded it in. Grand Cherokee Summit with a hemi! The whole thing took less time than expected and I was treated like a king! It was a super comfortable buying experience and I’ll only go to Freehold Jeep after this.

I came in looking to turn in my RAM for a new Jeep and couldn't be happier with not only my new Jeep but the service as well. Andrew answered all my questions and did a fantastic job showing me the options to choose from and helped me get in the right Jeep for me. William was great too making sure everything went smooth the whole time and Ed Reardon went over my finance and payment information thoroughly. Everyone there is very helpful and knowledgeable I would recommend this dealership to anyone.

It was so refreshing to walk into a dealership and have someone there that truly cared about our wants and needs and did whatever it took, literally driving to Queens to pick up our Grand Cherokee, to make sure we had a pleasant experience. My experience with Freehold Jeep was one of the most seamless and easiest experiences I've ever had in my history of both leasing & buying a vehicle. I have been doing business with Freehold Jeep since I bought my first Grand Cherokee many many years ago. Most recently is the 2023 fourth Grand Cherokee. I dealt with Steve Seidner. He is very knowledgable and didn't get the "pushy sales" vibe from him at all. Definitely felt as if he was working with us all the way through. Steve is fantastic just to even sit & talk to let alone fill out paperwork with. We really felt appreciated. The way it should be! Will definitely use Freehold Jeep in the future and recommend to friends & family. Especially Steve Seidner!!
