Our water softener technician recommended McCurdy when he noticed we had a pressure issue with our well. Chas and his team were excellent. He responded quickly, explained the details to me, gave options, did not push additional services, and was quick, neat and clean when working on our property. I would recommend McCurdy to anyone who needs well drilling or repairs. 5 stars, no doubt!
Turns out there's nothing a professional can do to fix my old well, but he stayed on the phone with me twice just to answer my questions trying to troubleshoot the problem. I almost want a new well to give them the business!
The most impressive thing about this company is that they answered my call and actually showed up to do the job. The last person I called, made me wait a whole week and never showed up and stopped answering my calls.
They did the job in 2 visits and everything is working fine. Will definitely use them again.
The tech was knowledgeable and courteous. They arrived and immediately started to research what the problem could be. Once they figured where the system was failing they took it apart and repaired it. They walked me through what my options would be and completed the work within an hour. I am very content with there service and I will be using them for my maintenance work as well .
Had a problem with our well Wednesday morning. Called my original well man, who didn't call me for three days. Called McCurdy, Chas and his team were there that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, and fixed it at 8:30 Thursday morning! Couldn't ask for better service. Highly recommend
