(July 27, 2018, 8:34 am)If I could rate at (0) stars it would still be too many. HORRIBLE customer service and will never return. The parts representative refused to help me get my parts order right and cursed at my driver (who was just there to pick up parts). He was extremely unprofessional and intentionally dismissive, loud and rude over the phone. I am happy to spend my money at another company that values customers and treats them with courtesy.
EDIT: Brent reached out to me immediately and resolved the situation with care and professionalism. We look forward to continuing our business relationship with Allied Diesel.
