Just had the piece that goes in my ears for the hearing aids changed. I had Syed Ai Jafari change it for me. Made an appointment which was simple and in 5 minutes it was done for both hearing aids. Now the hearing aids are like new again. I am very pleased that Sound Hearing Solutions support their clients well after the sale is done.

I can't say enough about this company...Sound Hearing Solutions was truly THE solution to my mothers hearing problem! When I was at the end of my rope, trying to find ANYONE to help with an
in-home audiology visit for Mom, I found service which seemed from a different era! Right from the first phone call I was met with courtesy, caring and understanding of the situation. Ali further added to the service when he arrived at our house with his years of experience, in-depth knowledge of the field, and kindness toward my mother. By the end of the appointment, Ali left my 92 year-old mother with the confidence she would be able to hear again.

I had my first appointment at Sound Hearing Solutions today. It mainly consisted of a hearing test and trying a sample pair of hearing aids and deciding on which hearing aids to order. The person that I saw was very professional and answered all my questions. My hearing aids should arrive in 2 weeks. I can't wait to start using them.

What a great audiologist, and so convenient! I was able to get a quick appointment and received thorough testing, along with an explanation of my hearing loss.
