Valet parking, Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital

I have always had exceptional care here, with the exception of one time. It was a receptionist I'd never seen before and she was so rude to me that I left. They called me later, asking what happened. I told the lady on the phone, and she assured me that the receptionist would be spoken to, and that she was just a floater. She was very kind, compassionate, and understanding of the situation. She asked me to give them another chance, so two weeks ago when I got sick, I did. Everyone went above and beyond, like usual.

This place is fantastic the staff is super friendly, and the nurse practitioner Traci Brady was so kind and caring! She took time to listen to me and hear all of my concerns. She didn’t seem rushed like most doctors do I would highly recommend this place!

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Fast Pace and everything they have done for me. Everyone from the front desk staff.to the nurses and Doctors have been great and it's so convenient. Anderson county is truly blessed to have you all as part of the community. Big shout out to Tracy she really cares about her patients.

it's not expensive specially if you get a parking pass from the front desk on the second floor next to emergency entrance up the stairs "yes" by the pharmacy 🦄
