Dr. Donlon and his staff were very responsive, understanding and thorough in treating my issues. I was treated with the utmost professional courtesy. His staff especially Rebecca have been very helpful in trying to acquire an exemption for a medication that is not covered by my prescription drug plan which is needed to treat my current issue. I would highly recommend Monroe Vision Associates.

I read the reviews before I went and can honestly say you people are really hard to please. The staff was NOT rude, in face they were very professional. engaging, funny & helpful. I was able to get an appointment the next day after I called which was not the same for 3 other places I called. The exam was quick, thorough and the Dr explained everything to me. He wasn't just an eye Dr asking you to read a chart. I opted to get my glasses from them and that lady was not only absolutely beautiful she was very knowledgeable, knew the products, was very patient and had all the costs laid out for me after contacting my insurance. I was very pleased, would recommend them to anyone.
