They are the best dry cleaners in town without a doubt. Always on time and take excellent care of my clothing. I asked them to press our family Christening gown (over 100 yrs old) and they did such a beautiful job with obvious care for a family treasure. I’m so happy to have found them.

I spilled chocolate cake on my jacket which I tried to get out with soap and water. I was told by the designer at my job that because I rubbed it into the fabric it probably would be permanently stained. I was so relieved that Neede & Thread were able to get the stain out.

Wow!!! One of the best dry cleaners ever!! They are one of the nicest people who is amazing at what they do. Literally every single item I have ever brought to them not only came back feeling brand new but also clean as anything!! The endless amount of items that I've brought to them with stains, always comes off!! It's like they are the stain remover magicians or guru! Times I've brought leather to other dry cleaners, they've made the leather and suede feel hard. But here, it feels nice and soft no matter what the material is. AND they've done wonders to my dirty sneakers too! It's crazy how good they are. Bring your stuff here, you won't be disappointed!!

I’ve had everything from summer outfits to bridesmaid dresses to formal gowns to a vintage overcoat altered by Needle & Thread and each time I have been absolutely delighted with the results and prompt turnaround.

I must also say that the reception one receives upon entering the shop is just lovely. This husband and wife team is so kind and generous, always offering a genuine “Hello, how are you?” or similar sunny greeting when their clients enter. This is something that always strikes me as particularly wonderful about Needle & Thread, and I hope it’s never taken it for granted.
