I had a terrific experience with Action Yamaha. Service manager Richard was very friendly and helpful. The maintenance was done as promised and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for their service.

I had tried to install some engine covers on my R3 and broke a bolt in water pump and the bike was leaking coolant. I called Action to see if they could get it repaired quickly and they did. I dropped off the bike and within 24 hours had it back and fixed. Tang in the service department is an example of how every person dealing with the public should behave. He is professional, friendly, competent and responsive. I had also gone previously to the shop and the young man at the counter in the show room was extremely helpful and took his time with me and went out of his way to provide excellent customer service. My experience with Action Yamaha this past week was a genuine pleasure. From now on I will check with Action first for any of my Yamaha needs. I do not normally write reviews good or bad but this place legitimately impressed me with their level of customer service. Place is simply excellent.
