Costco Tire Center

I was filling air in my tires at the self service station and my tire sensor broke down. The staff was very friendly and professional. They replaced the sensor in one hour. Great staff !

Tim from the Tire center was really helpful. I needed tire changes for my Tesla Model 3, and due to current COVID situation, i could not get the right tires or an appointment for replacement. My tires were in really bad condition. Tim listened and understood my situation, and went the extra mile to guide me and accommodate my into his busy schedule. One thing that really made an impact to me was when Tim showed empathy and understood that my tires were in really bad condition and driving with those tires would be dangerous.

Once again, thanks to Tim and his team to accommodate me and help me out.
