I contacted Comfort Keepers to care for my sister who has Alzheimer’s disease. After an assessment by one of their nurses, a client coordinator was assigned. Angela, our coordinator, was wonderful. She responded quickly to finding the perfect caretaker and also supplied additional caretakers when I needed them. Teresa, my sister‘s main caretaker, set up a daily routine which included helping her in the shower and dressing. She prepared her meals and took her out every day. She also kept the house spotless. My sister loved her.

When I needed assistance with my sister‘s insurance company, Jaclyn, Who handles their billing, was quick to help me resolve my issues.

In short, the entire staff is excellent. They are available 24/7, Always courteous and respond to needs timely.

My sister’s needs have changed and I’ve had to make alternate plans. However, should I ever need them again I would not hesitate to contact Them.

We were extremely happy with the care provided by Comfort Keepers. Everyone from the office to the house was exceptional. Extremely professional, caring, respectful and trustworthy. They were so flexible with scheduling. I would suggest them to any family member or friend in the future. Thank You for what you do.

Comfort Keepers has provided exceptional care for my mother who requires assistance 24 hrs. a day. The aides, specifically Opalene and Ruthann are fantastic and have been nothing short of outstanding in all levels if care. In addition, the office staff is very professional and always keeps us informed of schedule changes and is on top of everything. I highly recommend Comfort Keepers as a means of providing support to your loved ones.

Comfort Keepers found the perfect live in to care for my parents that both had significant needs as they were both immobile and in the late 90s. When my father passed about 3 years ago, the caretaker continues to take excellent care of my mother and continues to live in her independent living arrangement as was my fathers wishes. The agency communicates with me regularly and makes accommodations to support my mother’s needs when the caretaker takes required vacation or personal days off. At this point, I only have good things to say about the care being provided to my mother. Thankfully they were able to find an extremely competent and professional person to look after my mother who at the age of 98 is both mentally and physically challenged. I consider her an extension of my family…she is a unique and caring individual.

I would highly recommend Comfort Keepers!!. They cared for my dad during his last three weeks of life and they were incredible! The two ladies that came at night were beyond wonderful. They quickly became part of our family! If we need help in the future I will definitely contact them!! Ellie was the one I communicated with and she was the best!!!! Always helpful and worked hard to be sure we were satisfied and worked to give us the best care. Highly recommend!!!
