The administration and staff know the residents by name and treat each and every one with dignity and respect. 4 months ago, my husband and I moved my mother to Manor Lake Bridge Mill. We have been extremely impressed! My mom is HAPPY, engaged in activities and she is very well cared for. Recently, my mom wanted to move to a different apartment on property. Within 24 hours, the administration and staff ensured her move was successful. THANK YOU hardly seems sufficient for the way the administration and staff go above and beyond for their residents!
