I just got a cinnamon roll from Hopkins Baking Co and it was the most delicious, fresh and light cinnamon roll I've ever had. A pure delight to eat. Highly recommend.

Got cookies for a ~80 person event from Hopkins. Great communication and easy to work with. Cookies were out of this world. The shortbread dunkers and razzmatazz bars were probably my favorite, but everything was good. Shortbread was soft and buttery. The bars were really flavorful with good texture. Last, the owners were really pleasant.

I can’t say enough great things about Hopkins! Vickey was so pleasant and accommodating when I was arranging a dessert order for my one-yr old’s birthday. Our guests (ages 1 - 72) LOVED the cupcakes (vanilla, chocolate stuffed with ganache and carrot cake), cookies (triple chipper), and cinnamon rolls (the “minis” were huge!). Not only were they delicious but it’s so relieving to be able to provide desserts with CLEAN ingredients. I feel really lucky to have found a great organic bakery near by! I also snagged a pizza scone at pickup and it was amazing - loved the sun-dried tomato and pepperoni bits! Can’t wait to go back!

Great bakery with a charming atmosphere! Everything I tried was delicious and the staff were very friendly. Will be coming back!
