The office team here is so helpful and nice. The apartment are beautiful. The grounds are kept clean and the people in the community are so nice. Great place to live! Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend this apartment facility! I just recently moved from Detroit to Arizona during the COVID 19 Pandemic and the transition was smooth. I'm glad that I moved to this apartment from Detroit as my first choice. The customer service is awesome! No issues so far...I can't wait to utilize amenities that come with this apartment.

The complex is amazing. The office staff Takarra, Jess and Connor are also very helpful. Love the amenities. I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and couldn’t be happier

I cannot say enough good things about not only this apartment complex, but also its staff in the leasing office. Connor was nothing short of amazing when it came to the leasing process when I moved in, and the rest of the leasing staff have also been incredible in answering any questions I had. The property itself is super well maintained and the staff do a great job in keeping residents informed on daily happenings. I have had little to no issues since moving in and am glad that I get to call Vive home.

Super satisfied after speaking with Jessica regarding setting up a tour in the future for a cross country move we are planning. She was knowledgeable and thorough in answering all my questions. Highly recommend!
