  They are always helpful and pleasant when you go to the store. I wash my dogs there they have great tubs and I like the water shampoo mix. I have big dogs so its not easy finding a tub they fit in.

  The best pet store I have ever been to. The owners and workers have incredible knowledge of all of their products. I was having difficulty finding food for my 9 year old dachshund I rescued. They took the time to explain all the food brands they carried. I ended up getting stella and chewy and my little man loves it! what's great is that have several types of flavors so he doesnt get bored of the same food month to month.

  Very clean and knowledgeable employees. They need to have a brochure of their Grooming services. They have a window to see dogs being groomed.

  They handled my doodle who is timid with new people so well. Seeing him at ease while being groomed was reassuring and I’ll definitely be back.
  
  I also used the self wash tubs for two of my dogs. The set up is great and easy to use. Both dogs fit in the tub together which made it so easy to wash both at once. The tub height is perfect and my back wasn’t hurting after at all.
  
  The owners were very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate how they interacted with my pups too.

  Tonight was my first experience visiting the store. I have always wanted to visit but just never made it in. I had such a great experience and the owner took the time to talk to me about so much stuff! I only came in for an ear cleanser but got to talking about food and was educated on so much in so little time. I look forward to my next visit and to use the doggie wash!
