ALL the employees during my visit were fun, helpful, attentive, personable and professional. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease. This was one of the best customer service interactions I have had. They are the BEST!

I just want to say, Kevin Curtis and Kai S(The Manager) are amazing!! I did the unthinkable and went to an Authorized Retailer (bad mistake)… My account was in ATT limbo land and these two guys were relentless in helping me resolve all the issues that they didn’t create. Extremely knowledgeable, amazingly helpful and very professional. It takes an empathetic attitude and a courageous temperament to do the right things and these guys are the best at what they do!!

Isiah was amazing and new exactly how to help get my service transfered over easily. Darren was knowledgeable with the phones and sold me on exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend
