Shaun is the absolute best agent I have ever ever met. I was very hesitant about leasing a car with a company that I have never used before. But Shaun was very patient and friendly to explain everything to me. I had an issue with the car return, Shaun had went above and beyond his responsibilities to help me out. This had really made my trips a wonderful experience! If you need rental needs, come to this location at EWR and ask for Shaun!

I really enjoyed my experience here as the staff were very friendly and helpful in terms of letting me know how to go about using my E-Z Pass with the car rental. The car itself was very clean, smelled brand-new, and drove like a charm. It was a really pleasant rental experience and I'll rent from them again on my next trip.
