Someone backed up into my car and damaged the trunk and rear bumper. Caliber fixed it good as new and sent texts with a link that gave an estimated finish date and time for the repairs. They even texted the car rental company to come pick me up after I dropped my car off for the work.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber and would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. The service manager greeted me in a warm and friendly manner. He was courteous and very professional. He took the time to answer my questions and explained everything in detail. I felt confident leaving my vehicle in their hands. The repair was estimated to take 4 days but was ready in 3 days. I was kept updated on the status by text. The finished repair was like new! The car was cleaned (including the car mats) and washed before I picked it up. The repair is guaranteed for life. You can't beat this!
