  Great communication from owner operator. Rick was available, to make service call on the weekend, was polite, professional, and well outfitted with parts and test equipment. If you have a problem with an appliance, call Rick.

  Ron was prompt and courteous- a very nice guy. Even though our dryer could not be fixed, he gave us recommendations for a new one and his price to come out and take a look was very reasonable. I would definitely call him again!

  Had my igniter switch replaced in my dryer. So happy to have it working again. Service was prompt, courteous, and they cleaned up my dryer nicely.

  They called me to schedule an appointment within 10 minutes of my request. The technician was on time and called when he was on his way. My dryer was repaired quickly and works great now. Very professional and great service.
