Tru-Roof is an amazing company that takes care of you like family. They show up when they say they are going to and the quality of their work is second to none! They initially came out for a roof repair to find and stop a leak that really damaged our living room and guest bedroom during a bad storm. We decided to have them replace our entire roof. Jarrod was upfront and honest about our options and made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire process. The communication and service of his customer service team was wonderful and frustration free! Thank you Jarrod and Tru-Roof for taking such good care of us!

We discovered a leak on the Sunday that the remnants of Hurricane Ian came through NJ. I put out feelers on Facebook and started to research on the internet. Within a half hour of my Facebook search I was contacted by Tru-Roof. I explained the issue and they told me exactly what was wrong before even coming out. They told me that they could be out as soon as the weather broke. True to their work they were out on Wednesday and made the repair! Only 1 of the other 6 roofing companies even got back to me. This company is great and has great customer service. Highly recommended!

Most vendors are unresponsive, unclear in how the work needs to be done, don’t show up when they say they're going to, give false impressions, or provide you an estimate and then skip town. Tru-Roof did NONE of that!
