I hurt my foot 2yrs ago, went to ER was told it's not broken, go home ice and elevate. Saw another foot Dr 4 months after, said it needs more time to heal. Well 2yr later now, and it still hurts and can't bend my toe. Dr. Shou listened, and is ordering the MRI. Someone finally listened, and is looking into my pain. Something tore in my foot, and everyone else just blew it off. I'm thankful he took the time to hear me!

I've had a wonderful experience so far with Dr. Shuo and all the staff have been so helpful. He's very kind and thorough and makes sure I understand everything that's going on with my injury. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a surgeon. He's really great and puts your mind and fear at ease..

My experience from start to finish was five stars. Dr Shou is an outstanding provider. He listened to my concerns, answered all my questions and made me feel totally confident with his plan. His assistant Kevin was very kind and respectful. Kevin completed the visit by fitting my foot (that had a badly broken toe) into a comfortable boot.
The reception staff as well as the staff answering their telephone were very welcoming, patient and respectful. I will definitely return for a follow up x-ray and visit. I feel very reassured to have Dr Shou as my provider.

Great experience with scheduling my first appointment and then getting surgery scheduled. Staff professional and courteous. Every detail covered. Dr. Shou was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything and kept me feeling confident in the treatment plan ahead.

From the phone call to make the appointment to checkout at the end. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Dr. Shou was super helpful. I broke my foot and he gave me his time. Nothing felt rushed. He told me more things I could do like wrapping my foot since I’m not in a cast to help with proper healing and keeping the swelling down. We only went to him as a second opinion but are now having him take over and continue going to him. 100% recommend
