First Class Fitness

I visited this gym this morning and I was welcomed the moment I walked in the door. The class I took had it all—intense cycling, strength, core work, and stretching/recovery. Absolutely wonderful experience!

She is a testament to her craft and an inspiration to staying active and healthy.

I started training with Jill Bowers-Destro in 1998, 9 months after my first child was born. It was a life-changing decision, and I cannot praise Jill, or the training studio she has built enough.

Jill and her staff of highly qualified, enthusiastic, knowledgeable and up to date trainers, have used the latest techniques to keep me coming back all these years!

Best workout place ever! Great team of trainers, great vibes. Could not recommend more highly!
