Agents were very helpful and knowledgeable with a pleasant attitude

honestly this was a good experience for me. from booking the car to picking up the car, to dropping off the car. they picked me up from the dealership, took me back to their office to finish the rental process. the young lady that helped me was very friendly and courteous. I gave a 4star because I was on hold on the phone for about half hour, when I was calling to be picked up from the dealership. Word of advice to other customers, book your rental online before you pick up from location. it cost a lot more if you book with a live person. it would've cost more than eighty dollars more to book with a person. Hope this helps.
