Zap was a major player in learning to surf back in '03. He is there to help people to their next step and coach them along. The Zap Shop's I went to were laid back, with no pressure and experienced help in choosing products to further my pursuit of better riding a wave.
I can't remember dealing with a business with such a friendly and competent owner and staff as Zapstix. They were helpful, patient, and way beyond routine politeness and service. Start to finish a great experience.
I will return and I recommend them to any and all who want their day of surfing, or skateboarding, paddleboarding, or, hell just hanging out, to be a memorable experience.
First time surfing and dropped into this shop Has everything you need to hit the beach great prices and the owner mike is a good dude this place has earned a customer for life!..thanks Mike you rock
Great shop with an even better staff. Mike and his instructors were super helpful in accommodating our large group of 25 high school students for surf and Stand up paddle board lessons. Highly recommended for the great year and lessons!
