I been living here over 30yrs Raised a family here my son rented here until he bought a home in Salem.Nice quite respectful people throughout my time here. Maintenance staff and rentel staff very helpful. You have a problem it gets fixed . Tax free NH easy access to 93 and 495 mass border .

Right on the border of Methuen, Mass and Salem, NH so it makes for a great commuter location! Helpful staff who is always willing to answer any questions you have. Go visit them the next time you're in the area!

What an option to high Massachusetts pricing, and great commuter location! Office and Maintenance staff is wonderful to deal with!

Definitely one of the best places to live. Its a wooded area off the main road with everything close by, including I495 and I93. 20mins away from Boston. You can't ask for a more perfect location. And rent for a 2 spacious bedroom is $943. Living Massachusetts also dropped my car insurance by a lot.
