Dunkin'

Thank you to Amanda for always getting our order right and having a genuine personality that makes us feel welcome and looking forward to returning to this location each morning on our way to work.

This Dunkins located exit 1 off 101 has been the best for service, staff, cleanliness. Our order was taken immediately without having to listen to side conversation.
Even though they weren't busy, didn't see them playing on phones. They all pitched in to complete the order. Lastly, all the seating and tables were clean, along with the floors.
My first choice from now on.

The last few months I haven't been able to get a decently made ice coffee.. I ordered a wrap but did not receive what I ordered.. the male employee scowled and suggested I just take what I was given.. I paid for it, it was printed correctly on my receipt so I expected adding bacon would not be that difficult a task. I'd like to say I'll never be going back, but they're the only Dunks near where I live.
