Ed, the owner/manager goes above and beyond what is expected (you just need to engage in some friendly banter along the way). Ed is "old school" all the way-nice there're still people like him around. He came to our house on a Friday evening after hours to diagnose the reason our daughter's car would not start. He explained how we could fix it ourselves; no thought for profit. Also have rented UHaul trucks from Ed with stellar service.
