Findlay Honda

I have been using Findlay Honda since 2009. Deborah Shomsky was my Service Advisor during most all of that time, before retiring. She is a perfect example of Findlay's customer service: 100% delightful in every way. From the way they smile and greet you by name, to the way they explain everything so simply. If they doesn't know something (which is rare), they will seek out someone who does. Findlay Honda is the epitome of good customer service, and is a HUGE reason why I love Findlay Honda so much!

My car buying experience was absolutely wonderful!!! I shopped around and found the vehicle I wanted, sent an email and Jen reached out to make an appointment. She was really nice and transparent regarding what to expect once I arrived at the dealership. Once arriving at the dealership I had the pleasure of having Steve as my salesman. He was so knowledgeable and patient throughout the whole process. Very easy-going and not pushy. He really provided the best buying experience I've ever received. I am so glad I chose to buy from Findlay Honda. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle.

My wife and I purchased our Civic here in 2017, and have always been well cared for here. This recent visit was for a routine oil change, which comes with a car wash that is done very well. The oil change price is reasonable at 65$. Would like to thank our very professional service tech Cesar for taking great care of us. Will definitely continue using this dealership for all maintenance,and hopefully another car purchase when we are ready.
