We recently moved into a home that is managed by Foster Realty and had a few maintenance issues. Thomas was fantastic at handling them quickly and didn’t make me feel like I was being a pest trying to get things that seemed “little” handled. He was even kind enough to share his personal cell phone in case we ran into any further troubles. Luckily all of our issues were quite minor and he was able to fix them himself or set us up with the appropriate outside vendor who also fixed them very quickly. Overall the experience with both Thomas and Kyla in their office who handled our lease has been top notch.

Kyla, the administrative assistant helped me out on leasing a condo. No hassles at all, it all went smooth.

Also, on the inspection day, Thomas, the inspector, did all the inspections perfect even before the scheduled time. He showed me what damages are there and what will be fixed. I didn't even have to look for anything.
