Got in & out fast.

I had been to Eastern Podiatry 20+ years ago for bunion removal and hammertoe surgery and they were wonderful! Having recurring problems with age, I was pleased to see they were still in business. The staff were professional and friendly. Dr. Henderschott was great, putting me at ease immediately! In my mind, i was sure another surgery was upcoming, but thankfully I was wrong! If and when necessary, I'll definitely return.

First time here, had an excellent experience: from setting my appointment without an excessive wait, to quick paperwork as a new patient, caring receptionists, back office staff, and friendly, professional, no nonsense doctors who are well trained, helpful in their explanations & suggestions. I am a school teacher who is on my feet most of the day, so when I need help with my feet, I don't need care that takes a century to address...I require prompt, exact care & treatment at a fair price. 5 STARS and more if I could give them!

Went here to treat an ingrown toenail. I’m sort of prone to ingrown nails so I’ve been through this type of thing multiple times. I’ve gotten treated here two times, and I honestly do not want to go anywhere else if I need something done in the future. The staff are nice, they’ll definitely work with you. Dr. Hendershot did a great job prefacing the procedure to me, and it’s obvious that he knows what he is doing. Normally, I dread the pain that comes along with this. I’ve had really bad experiences with some places that really make my teeth clench and white knuckle the armrests. I consider myself to have a moderate to slightly high pain tolerance. But Dr. Hendershot was really easy going, and kept the pain to a minimum. Honestly, the worst thing was just the numbing injection, which is not bad at all. Barely even felt the clipping. He’s really great, thank you.

I highly recommend Eastern Podiatry. I’m always satisfied whenever I walk out of this place.

Dr Bauer is amazing with “the injection” to numb toe before removing the nail. The staff is friendly, was able to get a timely appointment, did not have to wait too long in the office and he really had great bedside manner. He waited until I said I was ready for the injection, talked me through it, and best part... waited until I was numb to begin. Did not treat me like I was just another patient in a busy day. I am shocked at the outcome. Would highly recommend!
