He was personable and knowledgeable about everything we needed and wanted to know. I would normally consider getting a new phone a chore, but not with Ian! Thanks again!

(June 4, 2021, 1:51 pm)I was trying to get answers on how I could upgrade my phone with a representative over the phone with sprint/T-Mobile. Let me tell you the absolute bs they tried to make me do. The lady told me I HAD to mail in my phone for them to evaluate it. Why?? I asked if I could just come in and have them evaluate it in front of me since mailing it in gave me less protection. Mind you my iPhone 11 is in perfect condition. They INSISTED that stores will NOT accept my phone and I HAD to mail it to them. I hung up and called this store and spoke to the manager Vanessa. She was amazing and had no issues upgrading my phone right then and there. I had no idea what the previous lady was trying to make me do. But thank you so much Vanessa for making this super easy. I’m very happy with my new IPhone 12!

(September 21, 2017, 9:22 pm)An amazing experience going on a tour of red Rock Canyon .We were picked up from our hotel and taken to the Canyon by the tour guide.We were blown away by this experience and would highly recommend.
