Friendly, helpful staff. They scanned my vehicle for codes due to a check engine light. Very pleased with the experience.

This is a great new facility serving those folks in and around the east side of Carson City. I first noticed the spacious layout and great selection of auto products. The store was well staffed and the store employees were super friendly and very knowledgeable, which I found to be refreshing. The store is brand new so, of course it was full of inventory, no shelf space left. I went in for a locking gas cap for the Ford and a new thermostat for the Chevy. They had the two parts I needed on hand. The super quick service was provided by a very helpful staff. Overall this was a very pleasant shopping experience. Additionally O'Reillys has a low price gaurantee so it was a no brainer shopping here today.
