(January 11, 2023, 12:36 pm)We really don't have a choice on a provider, however, so far they are here and picking up all our garbage without any incidents. Very rarely do we see any garbage spilled out of our containers. So we are happy enough with our service.
(September 20, 2022, 11:08 am)WM is very reliable and I do not remember them ever canceling. I appreciate that they let us use 2 yard waste bins at no extra cost. Trash bins are pretty expensive though, in my opinion.
(September 13, 2022, 10:20 am)We've been on Riverboat Rd for over 31yrs and have only been missed two times for garbage pickup. Our driver today is the best we have ever had. He is friendly and always has a smile. Even if our tree trimming overflow sometimes keeps lids from closing. Be nice to your drivers. Offer them an occasional bottle of water. They have a tough job. Thanks WM for exceptional service!
