Great people who care about you. They were awesome with helping my wife and I get our phones upgraded. Even with a SIM cart issue from the phone manufacturer, they did everything possible to ensure a great experience.

It was a fair experience only because the phone was not allowed to perform due to the stores slow wireless. The store needs more staffing due to the volume of customers. At times some people just left because they couldn’t wait 45 minutes or longer while somebody else is getting a new phone
