Wahoo Sewage Treatment Plant

Leonardwood location here in Frankfort KY was my go to location for the last 3 years. Last Wednesday stopped in and was informed that closing was at 6pm not 8 pm like the schedule say on the door, or even a posted sign.

Was told it's because of an emergency they were closing early then told it was a ti.e change posted in their website. I replied who actually looks at the web page anymore since Great Clips encourages downloading the APP. Both the lady they always cuts my hair and appeared to be the store manager looked at me like I had spiders crawling outta my eyes.

Left that location went to Brighton Park and got my hair cut. I'll be going there from now on.

The only reason this is getting 5 stars, is because of Ms. Star.
She is the only person I would trust to cut my hair . Not only that, but I have seen a line just there waiting for HER. She cares so much about the happiness of her clients, and I've also witnessed her in the store by her self taking every single client on her own, with no breaks in-between for upwards of 3 Hours. No one else in this store works as hard and efficiently as she does, and she is be cherished. I've had many bad cuts from greatclips. She is a great assest to the company.

Barb always does a great job, and I always know when she works. Their prices have gone up to $16 😳, but definitely cheaper than a salon. Thanks to Barb for always taking good care of me!

My son loves having his haircut done by Autumn. She is great with little kids that are afraid of the noises the clippers make. He now looks forward to his haircut rather than get anxious over them.
