We’ve had them cleaning our carpets for years. They’re friendly, genuine and very efficient. I’ve had other Chem-Dry companies in Omaha and was not satisfied with the results but Chem-Dry of Omaha provides complete satisfaction. The whole house is 1,600 sq. ft. and was completed in one hour. The carpet was completely dry in four hours. They wore masks, because of Covid-19. We haven’t had our carpets cleaned in two years because of Covid and I noticed the whole house seamed, fresher! But there was no lingering odor from the cleaning even though I am very sensitive to various volatile organic chemicals (VOC).
Ken did an amazing job. We had some pretty dark spots in a few of our rooms in a rental property and he got them all out. He was amazing to work with, very fast, efficient and professional. Will definitely be using his services again!
