I made an appointment with Dr. Kirkpatrick but the person I saw was a NP. The NP was very nice and knowledgeable but it would have been nice if I would have been told that I would be seeing a different provider than the one I booked my appointment with. I understand emergencies come up and doctor's schedules change, but I feel the clinic should have reached out to me or at least told me when I checked in that I would be seeing a different provider. Also, I received no explanation when the NP came in as to why I was seeing them and not Dr.Kirkpatrick. other than that I was very impressed with the clinic and the staff. Very knowledgeable and took lots of time to explain things.

I checked in at the designated time and was ushered back to a room within minutes of arriving. The nurse was cheerful and dispatched with my vitals efficiently and professionally. The doctor saw me and explained my condition and options professionally. I was finished with my exam quickly. A great experience.

Awesome place! I visited Urology PC and it was wonderful. The front desk at check I was very nice and organized. I seen Nurse Simone Vampola. She was the best doctor I’ve seen on a very longtime. She listens and is very smart about her field. I am now feeling hopeful about this problem I’ve had for 20 years! Thank you!

The office was professional in getting personal information and answering questions. The nurse and doctor listened to my concerns, addressed them and explained the the next steps ensuring I understood them. All contacts in my visit made me feel welcomed in their business.
