Great park for the neighborhood

Nice park. Tall play structure, basketball half court, covered picnic area, swings, and plenty of open grass.

Great park, kind of hidden in a neighborhood. We were in town and needed to kill time with the kids before dinner nearby and found Porter Park on Google Maps. The playground has enough equipment to keep kids entertained and can handle quite a few kids at a time, although it wasn't busy when we were there. Lots of green space to throw the frisbee around, too.

This is a hidden gem. It has a fantastic kids playground with the large slides, ladders, poles, swings, and more! This is way better than our brand new neighborhood park. There is also a covered eating area and open grass area, and a basketball court with a view of the well landscaped wetlands. We'll definitely go back!
