I hate that I was in a stressful moment and did not pay attention enough to catch the name of the teller that helped me over the phone. I was in a great time if need in transferring money from one account to another and even though extremely busy due to the time of day and health related hours of operation, she really helped me out in a very knowledgeable, personable and empathetic way. If there is a way to track who helped with my transaction, I would love for her to get done kind of recognition for her service and kindness in my time off need. I worked in front line customer service for years and I do not think I've been treated better over the phone. To the teller who helped me, from the bottom of my heart, you are amazing and need a raise for all that you do!

All their staff members are so helpful and nice besides being professional and you could actually see your money when it's in an account with them unlike other banks I've been with!
