Bryan was so thorough and helpful to get the work completed just right. He is professional and courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. He is an extension of the great customer service I have received from day 1, starting with the tour. I would not consider living in an apartment managed outside of CIP. Thank you for the amazing staff! Thank you Bryan for being great at what you do!!!

Absolutely love Brian! Super fast and friendly! Always look forward to seeing him. In this case he was in and out of my apartment in under an hour. Granted, it was probably a quick fix, but I'm happy he made me a priority. Give him a raise!!!!!

This is the best place, this is our second time moving here. We love it here. We know the staff and they know use.

Excellent experience here thus far. After one year, the office/maintenance staff have been incredibly friendly, amenities and landscaping are well maintained, and there's a real sense of community. Great complex.
