Dr. Tracey is amazing! I always go into her office feeling a bit tired/warn and leave feeling like I did some self-care... even though it is most definitely her doing the care. She always asks how you are doing, immediately entering her space and she does treatment based on how you are feeling in those moments. I appreciate her asking me important questions, her knowledge base and her ability to partner with myself and come up with the best possible steps to help me feel my best. Tracey is nothing short of AMAZING! I have been seeing Tracey for about 2 years now and have no plans to stop anytime soon. I originally saw Tracey for scar mobilization from my cesarean and honestly, I have had zero issues because of that major surgery. Every three weeks, I walk into her office and know that I'll leave feeling 100%. She's also helped me with neck issues, tennis elbow, costochondritis, plus other issues!
