This has been my go to autozone because people here are helpful. Would like to give a special mention to Johnny because he goes out of his way to help me find parts when they don't have it in their store and always make sure I get the correct parts.

I was in the parking lot replacing the windshield wipers I had just purchased when an associate name Allen was walking nearby pushing a cart. Allen got my attention and asked if I needed help. I initially replied: “No thank you, I’m good.” Well on his way back he made sure to check in on me. Allen walked over and changed out my wipers in a quick minute! Allen said he’s always willing to step in to help whenever he can. I appreciate him and his positive customer service skills!

I went there looking for a light for my car and I was assisted by Jovanny . He was very helpful, very attentive, friendly and he took time to help me replace it.

So I went to the store to get a new battery for my Mom's car. Maria the store manager was really awesome. She asked me to see if I could jumpstart the battery & bring the car. She said they would take care of me once I returned. I didn't see her when I got back but there was a female employee who was just as awesome and helpful. Unfortunately I can't remember her name but she knows who she is. Anyway outstanding service!!!

We have always been so impressed with Elkhorn automotive. Just the other day when I dropped my vehicle off to have a problem diagnosed I accidentally left some cash on the floor and when I picked the vehicle up the next day someone had kindly left it in my center consul. It’s hard to find such an honest, hard-working, trustworthy business these days. Keep up the great work!!!
